Answer the following questions:

a. How was your experience in answering the emotional intelligence test?

- My experience while answering emotional intelligence was that they are able to detect
and comprehend emotions as well as control them. When you pay this much attention
to your thoughts and feelings, you can't let your emotions control you.

b. What is the result? Is the result what you expected?

- My overall score is a 50. I expect the results because I am likely to get along well with
some of my coworkers, while others may be more difficult to work with. The good news
is that I have a fantastic opportunity to greatly enhance my professional connections.

c. Having taken the test and seen your results, what have you discovered
about yourself? Take note of this in your notebook for future reference
and discussion.

-What I've learned about myself is that I'm getting better at interacting with others.
Empathy isn't something that everyone is born with. I'm going to make an attempt to put
myself in other people's shoes. It will be simpler for me to sympathize with their
problems and understand why people react the way they do if I do so.
