HN
HNBushing
Bushing
HN bushes extend lubricating intervals.
HN bushes are utilized at the attachment, including lift cylinders, bucket
cylinder, and steering cylinders to extend lubricating intervals from 100
hours to 250 hours.
HN bushes:
The impregnated oil comes out of bush metal into a
pin-bush clearance when friction heat is generated
with a pin for self-lubrication. This helps reduce wear
of the bushings and pins, and extends lubricating
intervals.

The LX130-7 to LX450-7 are equipped
with the selective auto/manual shift
transmission. The auto mode can
automatically select an optimum shift
according to travel speed and engine
RPM. The manual mode allows an
operator to select a preferable shift.
Auto and manual modes can be
selected by a single switch.

Down-shift Switch(DSS)
(DSS)
Pressing USS, provided at the top of the
USS DSS
bucket control lever, makes up-shift of
the transmission. This is effective in
speed shifting on slippery ground.
Pressing DSS, provided at the top of the
boom control lever, makes down-shift of
the transmission. Bucket Lever Boom Lever
In loading or digging operation, DSS
makes downshift to the 1st according to
the job if the shift lever is in the 2nd,
without leaving hands from the steering
wheel or control lever.
Example:
Setting the shift lever at the 3rd gear

Differential(TPD)
(TPD)
Conventional differentials encounter a difficulty when getting
out of swamp, because either of left and right tire tends to
idle depending on ground conditions.
On contrary, TPD on the LX110-7 to LX230-7 enables
themselves to get out of swamp despite ground conditions
even if there is a difference in under footing resistance at left
and right tires. TPD demonstrates its advantage during
snowplowing and swamp traveling.

The LX110-7, although using a
conventional rubber mount, reduces
noise level to 73 dB by suppressing
noise at its sources.
Noise level of the LX300-3 and LX450-7
