         Lipitor 40mg daily
         Coversyl 4mgs mane
         Lasix 20mg BD
         Span K x1 BD
         Berrocca x1 Daily
 
 
Management and Progress as Inpatient:
         Stress Test-cardiac arrhythmias, respiratory
difficulty on exertion.
         BP and ECG daily-range180-200/100-120 &
1˚ heart block
         FBC, LFT, BGL, Lipids-all elevated
         S/b Dietician
         Echo cardiogram done-NAD
         Weight 112kgs
                                                                                          
                    Discharge Plan:                                            
         Pt to lose 12kgs
         Personal Trainer to be arranged by GP Clinic
         F/u with dietician in GP Clinic
         GP to arrange bilateral femeroarterial dopplers
         Return to Cardiac Unit 1/52 after GP Clinic visit for BP check
and then monthly
         Initiate quit-smoking regime
