For almost two decades you exist in this world, have you done an evaluation of
the things you have accomplished? On the table below, determine your performance
by rating 1-4 (where 1 is the lowest and 4 is the highest) on each life dimension and
explain why you gave your self that score.

I rate myself 3 out of 4 score, why?
Because as of now I’m still studying and
3 I can say that I’m not yet finished my
college education.

Studies
I rate myself 4, why? Because wherever
I go, I always got friends. And I am
4 proud to be a friendly person to others.

Friendships
I rate myself 3 out of 4, why not 4?
because sometimes I neglect myself,
3 especially when I do a lot and I don't eat
at the right time, the result is that I go
hungry. So that's how often I get sick. I
Health didn't get enough sleep because I did a
lot even at night. But now, I manage
myself to me make healthy.
I rate myself 4, why 4? For the past
decades my friends and our pastor in
4 our Brgy. invited me to come and join
their bible study. And I was happy to go
with them. That’s how I value those
Spirituality things to be close to faith in God. Even
today, I continue to be grateful for the
blessings my father has given me.
I rate myself 4, why 4? Because when I
see or encounter people who know they
need my help, I no longer hesitate to
4 help. Because for me, it feels good when
you help your fellow people without any
compensation. That's how I love my
Volunteerism human neighboors.

1. Think of any software you are most interested in. Explain how quality is
achieved by the software as defined by Crosby, Juran, and Deming.
= For me, the software that I was most interested in is application software,
talking about the office application( Microsoft offiice,excel etc.. ). For me, this is
the best app. software that I was interested in because I love to do activities or
tasks on it. I do a lot of my activities of I was able to use these to work on it. And
I can say that I am proud of doing my class task here. I use my knowledge and
apply those things to explore and to create and discover something new to
practice my lernings. Microsoft Office is a powerful service that helps you bring
your best ideas to life, get work done, and stay connected on the go. All you
need to do is log in and have access to all the latest Office applications, with
personalized experiences and new and improved features being added all the
time. Moreove, microsoft excel is a spreadsheet program that includes
calculation, graphics tools, pivot tables, and macro programming language
support for Windows and Mac operating systems. You will achived the quality
of these software efficiently and satisfied the result of what you’ve done on it.

Stakeholder Interested In
Lienholders Lienholders are the group or organization who
determine an actual financial position of the
organization. They are generally, more concerned
with company-wide measures of financial success.
The Company must monitor its performance in the
performance of its fiduciary duties.

Customers Customers are interested in the good services and the

value of the product that they authorized. They are
also concerned about the price and what they want or
need to buy. Moreover, they are most interested in the
quality of the product which will benefit them.
Employees Employees are interested in knowing how well an
organization is working. This is because it can affect
the potential for continued employment. When a
company reports high profits and stability, its
 employees feel more comfortable about career
opportunities and growth within the organization.
Community Community are interested in the things; includes of
activities, the health of the communities, that can help
to benefits the humanities and environment.
Executives Executives are concerned about the future of work,
especially with regards to organizations' ability to
adapt to new digital technologies and keep up with the
rapid pace of disruptive innovation.
Operational managers Operations management is the branch that deals with
the management of operations and processes within an
organization. They primarily concerned with planning,
organizing, directing, and controlling all activities of
an organization that helps convert raw materials and
human effort into valuable goods and services that
meet customer needs.
