Do you have what it takes to be influential?

ANSWER:

Being influential is a great goal to have. To start, it’s important to have a clear message or idea that
you want to share with others. This could be something you are passionate about or something you
believe in strongly. Once you have your message, it’s important to communicate it effectively. This
means being able to articulate your ideas clearly and concisely. And being able to connect with your
audience on a personal level. It also means being confident in yourself and your abilities, and being
willing to take risks and try new things. Finally, it is vital to be persistent and consistent your efforts.
Building influence takes time and efforts, but if you stay confused and committed, you can achieve
great things.

What do you think are the factors that make one an influential person.?

ANSWER:

To be influential , one must have a strong presence and impact on others. This can be achieved
through various means such a leadership skill, charisma expertise in a certain field, or simply being a
positive role model. In order to develop these skills, its important to focus on personal growth and
development. This can involve reading books on leadership and communication, attending
workshops or seminars or seeking out mentorship from successful individuals in your field.

One key aspect of being influential is having strong communication skills. This involves being able to
articulate your ideas clearly and persuasively, as well as actively listening to others and responding
thoughtfully. It is also significant to build strong relationships with others by showing empathy and
understanding.

Another important factor in being influential is having a clear vision and purpose. This involves
setting goals for yourself and working towards them with determination and focus. It is also means
being able to inspire others to join you in pursuing these goals.

Overall, being influential requires a combination of personal development strong communication


skills, and a clear vision for the future. By focusing on theses areas, anyone can become a more
effective leader and make a positive impact on those around them.

As foe factors that make one in influential person, I would say that it depends on the individual’s
unique strength and qualities. However, some common factors include having a clear sense of
purpose and direction being able to communicate effectively with others, having strong leadership
skills, being knowledgeable in their field of expertise and having a positive attitude towards
themselves and others.
What Have you understood in the last two lessons?

I have learned that in the last two lessons based on the discussion from lesson 7 it talked
the 10 advantages of being used to speaking in public. Firstly, Career advancement it is an
effective public speaking skills that can help you advance in your career because they
demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, leadership abilities, poise and professionalism all of
which are high valued in the job market such speaking at events or in conference is an
excellent way to increase your creativity. Public speaking boost confidence plays the critical
role with skills to analyse a topic, think logically frame meaningful sentences and present
their thoughts in front of the audience. Critical thinking refers to speak in front of an
audience is an excellent way to build critical thinking skills. Personal development, is
important in communication skills for personal and professional success. Improve
communication skills, maintaining eye contact with the audience and providing an
energetic, and animated physical presence are help you to improve your communication
skills in other areas of your life.
The next one is makes new social connection; social connections are the relationships you
have with the people around you. Join a group focused on a favourite hobby, such as
reading, painting and so forth. You know what social connection can lower anxiety and
depression, help us regulate our emotions and lead higher self-esteem and empathy. Next
personal satisfaction public speaking has great personal benefits, it benefits are powerful
motivators that push people to overcome their fear every day.
Expand your professional network , for instance attending events and conferences to
present your speeches can help you to expand network something like that. Learn to
influence, standing up and speaking in a way that is powerful, in a way that will change
people minds about something. Build leadership skills, speaking as a leader means you
must share some destinations with other forms of leadership, while taking a different road
toward others. You need to be visible, self-assured, a good communicator, sometimes bold,
and highly focused on the task at hand.
Let’s move on to the lesson 8, in this lesson it talks about the conquering the fear of doing
presentation, in doing so, first know your topic, it is better to understand your topic what
you’re talking about and the more you care about the topic. The second one is get
organized, it is effective taking the information one wishes to present and arranging it in a
logical order. A well- organized speech is complete concise and accurate with an
introduction, body and conclusion. Practice makes perfect means that used to say people
become better at something if they do it often. If you want to be a good public speaker you
should consider it. Challenge specific fears is something that if you are afraid to speak just
faced it and take a deep breath to do so to overcome it. Visualize your success, breathe
deeply, focus on your material and not on the audience, and lastly recognize your success.
On the other hand , I realized that if you manage to overcome your fear of public speaking.
This is a brilliant skill for your resume and you’ll be able to accelerate more quickly a career
as well as be more confident I my personal life.
