The actions presented in this document describe ambitions and desired objectives for transition. However, the
realities of different territories have different starting points and possible limitations to the implementability
of actions (e.g. considering islands, remote rural regions, densely populated urban environments). The
objectives, actions and their follow-up should always consider the specificities of the territory.
