My problem was thatthe HP printer sofware count: ish the setup any further when I plugged inthe US8 cable. 1 had te cancel the process then and went to Computer Management to very the status ofthe civer fr the printer. It ha a question mark and then realized the drivers could not be installed I ried to instal t manual ut then it wouldnt go any further. had the “ane of the installers fr this device cannot perform the instalation” error. knew that the Print spooler was having a problem because it would stop after awhile. Then [followed the ‘steps layed out above by Panout and it worked fin. just was catetul not to delet old drivers on the Drivers folder tht ware there before the installtion ofthe printer. [Alte | deleted those folers’ contents and start the Print Spaoler manually, then Lwent to computer management and updsted the overs fram there.
