Greetings of peace!
We are pleased to inform you that the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish
Junior Lectors Ministry will hold its First weeklong Anniversary, on March 2,
4, 5, and 7, 2022. The gathering will be attended by all the members of Junior
Lectors Ministry, together with the Saint Cecilia Youth Chorale. This aims to
commemorate the humble beginnings of Junior Lectors Ministry; to foster
camaraderie among JLM members; and to showcase the various skills and
talent of members.
Anent to this, we would like to ask your permission to use the Father
de Castro Hall as our venue on March 2, 2022 at 1:30 PM, and on March 4 at
5:30 PM. Also, we would also want to use the L300 as our vehicle going to
Osmena Swimming pool on March 7 at 1:30 PM for our Team Building
Activity. Furthermore, we wish to borrow the sound system, LCD projector,
chairs, and tables. We assure you that we will take good care of the facilities
and maintain the cleanliness of the hall.

Attached herewith is a copy of the program for your own perusal.
