Zinc is involved in numerous aspects of cellular metabolism.

It is required for the

catalytic activity of approximately 100 enzymes and it plays a role in immune
function, protein synthesis, wound healing, DNA synthesis, and cell division. Zinc
also supports normal growth and development during pregnancy, childhood, and
adolescence and is required for proper sense of taste and smell. A daily intake of
zinc is required to maintain a steady state because the body has no specialized zinc
storage system.

Vitamin C; Ascorbic acid. It is water-soluble. It contributes to collagen production,

wound healing, and bone formation. It also strengthens blood vessels, supports the
immune system, helps the body absorb iron, and acts as an antioxidant. Deficiency:
This may result in scurvy, which causes bleeding gums, a loss of teeth, and poor
tissue growth and wound healing. Good sources: These include fruit and vegetables,
but cooking destroys vitamin C. The body needs vitamin C to produce collagen. This
is the main component of connective tissue and makes up 1–2% of muscle tissue.
Collagen is a vital component in fibrous tissues such as: Tendons, ligaments, skin, the cornea, cartilage, bones, the gut,
and blood vessels.
The recommended form of Vitamin D is Vitamin D3 or Cholecalciferol. This is the
natural form of Vitamin D that your body makes from sunlight. Supplements are
made from the fat of lambs' wool. While it is called a vitamin, Vitamin D3 is actually
a hormone. Vitamin D3 offers many health benefits. It is known to help
strengthen bones and muscles, boost immunity, increase mood, aid in weight loss,
and improve heart function. Vitamin D is sourced primarily from the sun, which is
why it’s often referred to as the “Sunshine Vitamin.” When the skin absorbs sunlight, it synthesizes the UVB rays into
vitamin D. Vitamin D3 can have an impact on as many as 2,000 different genes within the body, and has a direct role
on far more aspects of health than many might realize.

Vitamin D receptors are found in nearly every cell, and as soon as D binds to a receptor, it turns genes on or off,
prompting changes at the cellular level. Studies completed over the last two decades have proven that this process
turns off cancer-causing genes, turns on immuno-protective genes, and even tells cells which vitamins and minerals to
absorb.

Quercetin is a plant flavonol from the flavonoid group of polyphenols. It is found in many fruits,
vegetables, leaves, seeds, and grains; red onions and kale are common foods containing appreciable
amounts of quercetin. Quercetin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that help reduce
swelling, kill cancer cells, control blood pressure, lower blood sugar, prevent upper respiratory
infections, prostate infections, allergies, and help prevent heart disease. Most commonly used for
conditions of the heart and blood vessels and to prevent cancer. When taking quercetin in
supplement form, it may be beneficial to choose a product that also contains papain and/or
bromelain. These are plant-derived enzymes (fruit extracts) shown to increase the intestine's
absorption of quercetin.

Bromelain is a digestive enzyme derived from the stem and fruit of pineapples.

Are you missing something vital for flu and covid-19 protection?

You should know about the importance of vitamin D3 and K for immune system health. You should know that vitamin
C is anti-viral and anti-bacterial and if taken in multiple dosages daily when ill can really help the body out. You should
also know that elderberry concentrate has extremely high levels of anti-viral properties and is very good support for
respiratory illnesses.

So what is missing from this viral protection plan? Zinc. Zinc is vital for immune system function. Zinc controls immune
system messaging within the cells and is also an anti-oxidant (prevents cell damage) and is anti-inflammatory. In
cellular lab cultures, zinc has been shown to stop viral reproducing in minutes. One study showed that zinc inhibited
SARS coronavirus in test tubes. For zinc to work effectively in the body to boost immune system function, zinc has to
be pushed into the cells which would require an ionophore.

An ionophore is a substance that transports particles across the cell wall barrier into the center of the cell. The center
of the cell is where zinc needs to be to have the immune system effect. Viruses reproduce in the center of the cells. Zinc
needs to be in the center of the cell to stop viral reproduction. An all-natural zinc ionophore is quercetin. Quercetin is
a plant pigment found in red wine, onions, apples, berries and green tea. Quercetin is one of the most abundant anti-
oxidants found in our diet and itself has strong anti-viral properties. The major benefit of taking quercetin with zinc is
that the quercetin will push the zinc into the center of the cell where the zinc can stop the virus from reproducing.

Based on this information, zinc and quercetin are absolutely needed in your anti-viral war chest and should be taken
daily all winter long and or immediately at the first sign of illness.
Ivermectin is used to treat parasite infestations in humans, such as: head lice, scabies, river blindness, strongyloidiasis,
trichuriasis, ascariasis, and lymphatic filariasis.

In 2015 Nobel Prize winners William C. Campbell and Satoshi Ōmura discovered a new drug, Avermectin, which has
radically lowered the incidence of River Blindness, Lymphatic Filariasis (Elephantiasis), and Parasitic Disease. River
Blindness and Lymphatic Filariasis are two diseases caused by parasitic worms. As the name implies, River Blindness
(Onchocerciasis) ultimately leads to blindness, because of chronic inflammation in the cornea.

Ivermectin is highly effective against a range of parasites, has limited side effects and is freely available across the globe.

Hydroxychloroquine; Plaquenil is used to prevent and treat acute attacks of malaria. It is FDA approved and used to
treat discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE; a chronic inflammatory condition of the skin) or systemic lupus erythematosus
(SLE; a chronic inflammatory condition of the body) and rheumatoid arthritis. Hydroxychloroquine is in a class of drugs
called antimalarials. It works by killing the organisms that cause malaria.

It’s most often used to treat autoimmune disorders. That’s when your body’s immune system attacks your cells and
tissue by mistake. It can lead to inflammation that damages your joints, muscles, and sometimes your internal organs.

Does NAC help with Covid 19?

N-acetylcysteine (NAC) has been used in clinical practice to treat critically ill septic patients, and more
recently for COVID-19 patients. NAC has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating
characteristics that may prove beneficial in the treatment and prevention of SARS-Cov-2. How does
NAC help the body? NAC helps to replenish glutathione levels in the body. It also aids in regulating
glutamate. These functions may help to improve brain health and benefit people with conditions such
as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. NAC may help with psychiatric disorders and addictive
behaviors.

What is L glutathione used for?

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that’s made in the body’s cells. Its levels decrease as a result of aging, stress, and
toxin exposure. Boosting glutathione may provide many health benefits, including reduction of oxidative stress. As an
antioxidant, glutathione helps your body balance free radicals and stay healthy. It works at the cellular level to prevent
inflammation and other cell damage that can make you sick. It’s comprised largely of three amino acids: glutamine,
glycine, and cysteine.

Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power,—these are the
true remedies. Every person should have a knowledge of nature’s remedial agencies and how to apply them. It is
essential both to understand the principles involved in the treatment of the sick and to have a practical training that
will enable one rightly to use this knowledge. {CD 301.3}

The use of natural remedies requires an amount of care and effort that many are not willing to give. Nature’s process
of healing and upbuilding is gradual, and to the impatient it seems slow. The surrender of hurtful indulgences requires
sacrifice. But in the end it will be found that nature, untrammeled, does her work wisely and well. Those who persevere
in obedience to her laws will reap the reward in health of body and health of mind.—The Ministry of Healing, 127, 1905

Have I not the right to do as I please with my own body?—No, you have no moral right, because you are violating the
laws of life and health which God has given you. You are the Lord’s property,—his by creation and his by redemption.
Every human being is under obligation to preserve the living machinery that is so fearfully and wonderfully made.—
