ADAPTIVE REUSE RESTAURANT - 6 I am a junior in the Interior Design Program at the University of Minnesota:
College of Design where I’m also studying Graphic Design through an
Interdisciplinary Design minor. Adept with technology and passionate about
design and spatial manipulation, I look forward to applying my skills and
furthering my knowledge in the field after graduation (May 2023).

4 EARLY INTERVENTION PRESCHOOL
This project involved deigning a preschool catered to the unique needs of children on the autism spectrum
(and those not on the spectrum) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the Northeast Growth and Development
Center (NEGD). It focused on refining hand drawing/sketching skills, initially working on quick perspective
sketches and later moving toward line-weight and marker rendering. It also introduced digital design
tools and showed how they can be used in tandem with hand drawing/rendering techniques. Finally,
it demonstrated the importance of researching while designing for populations with different abilities/
backgrounds.
