Mixing:
Unbonded screed; (30 to 60 mm thick):
Mix the content of the 25kg paper bag containing Screed CF
60 with 12-14 liters of clean and fresh water with (150-170) kg
of graded aggregates 0-8 mm in diameter by mixture or
batcher for at least 5 minutes.
Screed CF 60, aggregates and water can be mixed with a drum
mixer or by the ordinary concrete mixer etc.
Note: Manual mixing is not recommended.

As unbonded screed mixing but before that the bonded slurry
should be applied on a clean substrate, with the below dosage:
Storage
Screed CF 60 has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in its
original unopened packing in dry conditions. Shelf life may
reduce if the recommended storage conditions changed.
Safety Instructions
Like any cementitious product, Screed CF 60 contains
hydraulic cement and may cause irritation to skin or eyes. For

Application

Spread the Screed CF 60 like a normal screed with means of

metallic trowel or other similar appropriate tool, depending on
the type of application.
Screed CF 60 are prepared using the same techniques as
for ordinary cement screeds, preparing levelling strips, laying
the mix, carefully compacting it and then tamping for the
required surface finish.

On compressible substrates Screed CF 60 should be

reinforced with adequate steel mesh.

Cleaning

Tools should be cleaned immediately with clean water.

Hardened material should be removed mechanically.
