WHEREAS, Barangay Macaoayan is located along riverside of

BRUNO V. ARABELO Burgos, Ilocos Sur and easily and directly affected by flood during
Sangguniang Barangay Member heavy rains and typhoons which may cause damage of property and
even human life;

ZOSIMO I. LAOAGAN WHEREAS, a flood control project was constructed on year

Sangguniang Barangay Member 2020;

WHEREAS, during heavy rains caused by Habagat and Typhoon

DIMPLE L. ARREOLA Maring, some part of the said flood control was damaged which causes
Sangguniang Barangay Member flood on low lying areas of the barangay;

WHEREAS, agricultural lands and newly constructed Post

ROMULO U. CABEBE Harvest Facility was severely affected;

WHEREAS, due to insufficient barangay funds, Rehabilitation of
Flood Control Project along riverside of Barangay Macaoayan, Burgos,
