WHEREAS, Post Harvest Facility of Barangay Macaoayan,
Burgos, Ilocos Sur is in dire need for riprapping;
WHEREAS, Riprapping of the said Post Harvest Facility will
prevent soil erosion which can caused severe damages to properties
along the said facility;
WHEREAS, there is no enough barangay funds implement the
said project;
WHEREAS, from having an appropriate budget, Riprapping of
Post Harvest Facility of the barangay must be prioritized;
