HOW TO CREATE AND UPDATE THE PROFILES OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS USING THE

BARANGAY INFORMATION SYSTEM (BIS)

I. CREATING THE PROFILE OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS

1. Type intranet.dilg.gov.ph at the Uniform Resource

Locator (URL) to log-in to the intranet.

2. At the Intranet window, click “Barangay System (BIS)
Information System” under “My Applications”

3. In the menu bar, click the drop-down arrow beside

the “Official’s Profile” then select “Officials”

4. At the “Official’s Profile” window, click the “create

profile” button

5. At the “Create Official’s Profile” window, encode

all the information of the replacement based from
his/her accomplished Barangay Official’s
Information Sheet (BOIS), then click the “create”
button once done.
II. UPDATING THE PROFILE OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS

1. Follow Step Nos. 1 to 3 in CREATING THE PROFILE OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS

2. At the “Official’s Profile” window, click the

plus (+) sign of the “Advanced Search” and +
encode the needed information to search the
name of the deceased barangay official.

3. At the “List of Officials” window, find the

name of the DBO then click the icon
to update his/her profile.

4. At the “General Information” window,

encode all the necessary information
specifically under the “Status” window, then
click the “update” button.
