1.Browse the URL

2. provide the login username & password

3. Install Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder ( Refer to the installation steps in the ppt )

4. Come on the url page http://ghmcelections.co.in/ ( If the url is asking for username and
password type the below )
username : script
Password : s3434

----> Select the CIRCLE NUMBER

----> Select the WARD NUMBER / NAME
----> Click to EDIT DATA tab under the student name column beside the PS which you are web
casting.
another window would be opened with the listing of the details.
----> YOU HAVE TO CHANGE ONLY THE STUDENT NAME AND STUDENT NO. items and
do not touch the other fields.
----> click on submit button
----> Beside the PS Number and Name there would be a script file...
----> Click to Download script Related to your Polling booth Name from the right side listed scripts
table
----> Save it on desktop

4. open Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder

----> click on File ( from the top left menu tab )
----> click Open Profile
----> select Script you have downloaded & open it ( the one which you saved on desktop )
----> click on the Browse TAB at right panel
----> create the Folder with name GHMC ...... the Drive must have 10 GB free Space where you are
saving this file
----> save the file
----> click on START
----> Provide the username & password

->it will START

That’s It The Live Web Casting Process has been Started.

IMPORTANT POINTS AFTER THE POLLING IS OVER :

 1. You will be given DVD to burn the data which you have saved in your laptop as per the
STEP 4.
2. After burning the DVDs make sure that they are handed over to the respective booth
WEBCASTING MENTOR.

Note : Both the above user name and password will be same for the two logins even if they change
for the LIVE ELECTIONS day.
