WHEREAS, ‘WHEREAS, PROCLAMATION a homegrown talent and veteran of the first Gulf War, Tess Spencer has excelled in broadcasting in our region since 1999, co-hosting the award- winning radio show Breakfuss Club and has been a fixture behind ABC News 4anchor's desk; and over the airwaves, Tessa has become a voice of trust and transparency, and she continues to captivate audiences with her personable and engaging approach; and ‘community members like Tess Spencer positively impact our city's quality of life by providing a trusted source ofinformation; and we thank Tessa Spencer for her unwavering support of the people of North Charleston. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that I, R. Keith Summey, Mayor of North Charleston, do hereby recognize TESSA SPENCER for her contributions to the betterment of the City of North Charleston and achievements within his profession.
