1. I shall be responsible for the impartiality of our organization activities and I shall not allow commercial
and financial activities, and other pressures to compromise impartiality in my organization.

2. I shall be responsible for all the confidential information obtained or created during the performance of
activities in my organization and all other information which is considered proprietary information
including any committee meetings where as acting on behalf of my organization, except as required by
law.

3. I here by confirm that I am not giving any information regarding our purchases to any of our other
agencies/customers and I am maintaining the confidentiality of the organization.
