Fazal beats omez severely.

Fazal beated Omez severely after having a tiff at Gayatri

nagar, bokud mandi.

According to the “Omez Chronicle” Reuters, Fazal and

Omez were the classmates of their schools and had met
after a long period. After sharing some jokes, Fazal called
Omez as chand chandu jokingly but Omez got mad and
started teasing Fazal by calling him as mandu, bokud etc.

After teasing each other, Fazal called a rowdy of the

bokud mandi area, Kaleem Khan who was also their
classmate.
After looking Omez, Kaleem rowdy started laughing at
him. Our sources say that Kaleem called Omez as bartan
jhadu pocha (BJP) and said that he is looking much black
as asphalt. (dambar)

This rude conversation of Kaleem Khan made Omez as

wild and Omez slapped Kaleem Khan.

What was left then? Kaleem smacked down Omez on the

ground and Fazal started beating him with his belt.

Omez started crying and screaming. All the shopkeepers

of bokud mandi arrived to see the procession of Omez’s
beating.
Then, Omez lodged a complaint against Fazal and
Kaleem rowdy with the Chhita bazar police.

According to the Chhita bazar police station’s constable

Babu mestary Uday Kumar, Omez got seven injuries
and bruises on his body.

The sub-inspector of the police station, Ehtesham Ali

Khan has filed an FIR under criminal act, section
BJP420.

The world’s No.1 investigation police Scotland Yard’s

opponents Chorland Yard bazar police home-guard,
Mannan said that Omez slapped first to Kaleem
rowdy. Mannan is an eye-witness to the incident.
Chorland Yard bazar police has taken the matter very
seriously and arrested Kaleem rowdy and Fazal Khan
and they have been treated under third degree torture.

Kaleem and Fazal have reported a case against Omez.

According to the prosecutor lawyer, Mohammed Zafar,

Omez is a leader of the mahila mandal party which is
organized by the women and Omez has been selected
as the mahila mandal’s women president.

The protestor women have staged a dharna at the

Chorland Yard bazar police station demanding to give
punishment to the culprits who have beaten up their
president.

According to a woman protestor of the mahila mandal

organization, Sohail Bee, Omez is a good woman.
The police commissioner of the city, Abdul Rahaman
said that if Kaleem rowdy and Fazal Khan is found
guilty, they will be confined for the 8 years
imprisonment.

Commissioner of Police also said that if the lawyer of

Kaleem and Fazal, Zafar proves their innocence, then
the mahila mandal woman president sreemati Omez’s
head will be tonsured and soot (kaalik) will be applied
on her head and on the face too.

The criminal court has given a date of the hearing of the

case on Tuesday which is considered as much iflaas
day for the women mahila mandal activists.
 Trial 1:

The criminal court will be adjudged by the very monkish

judge, Shukur Uddin Rana.

Many people are called for hearing in the court including

the commissioner of police, Abdul Rahaman, home
guard, Mannan, the constable, Babu mestary Uday
Kumar, the woman protestors including Sohail Bee etc.

Firstly, the monkish judge called Omez in the witness

box.

Omez narrated the whole incident to the judge.

Then, the culprits, Kaleem and Fazal are called. Then, the
commissioner, the woman protestor Sohail Bee, the
home guard, the constable etc.

The lawyer of Kaleem and Fazal, Zafar pleaded and

proved some innocence of Fazal and Kaleem and said
that they were just joking but Omez slapped and
started the fight first. So, Omez should be punished.

The Omez’s lawyer, Elisha objected and proved that

Omez was instigated and abused.

The court adjourned for the second hearing which will be

held on the next iflaas day, Tuesday.
As Kaleem rowdy has great links, he called the great MLA
of the city, Shahed Mohiuddin who is also considered
the head of the rowdies.

Shahed is also a rowdy of the Gayatri nagar, bokud

mandi.

People say that it was Shahed himself who once beated

Omez coz Omez refused to show his dance art and
skills. So, Shahed castrated Omez and made him
impotent.

Shahed got happy after hearing the conversation against

Omez, his old enemy. He was completely ready to have
an encounter with Omez. And Omez frightens with
Shahed.
 Trial 2:

Shahed MLA intruded (zabardasti ghus gaye) the court

and Omez became shocked after seeing him again and
screamed and saluted him. The MLA smiled cheerfully
after watching Omez’s earings and necklace.

The monkish judge greeted the MLA and asked about his
presence. The MLA replied that Kaleem and Fazal are
his friends and are being sued by smt. Omez who
complaint against them with the Chhita bazar police.

The monkish judge permitted him to listen the trial.

Omez could not speak even a single word coz of Shahed

MLA’s presence.
Omez confessed to the judge and said that he first
started the quarrel. Omez did so because he was
feeling his life in threat after seeing Shahed MLA.

The judge acquitted the duo Fazal and Kaleem and

charged Omez 420 rupees penalty and ordered the
police to imprison him in the women cell for two days
and should be beaten up.

Elisha, the lawyer of Omez requested the monkish judge

for not applying soot on Omez’s face and her head
should not be tonsured and the monkish judge
accepted her request.

Omez was undertaken by the two women constables by

named Kamala and Gayatri.

As Kamala was a fatty constable, she slapped Omez and

sat on her for two minutes. This caused Omez very
painful and her hands got fractured.

The parliamentarian of the city, Syed Akbar Hussain

came to the city from the capital and bailed Omez 2
hours before from her punishment. The MP has the
order from the high court.

The MP then explained Omez for not to quarrel with Fazal

and Kaleem as they have the power of Shahed rowdy
and the MP was also in favour of Shahed rowdy as he
also frightens with him.
After bailing Omez, when the MP was taking Omez to her
ashram, the media persons rushed to them but MP
threatened the media and took back Omez safely.

The chhita bazar constable, Babu mestary Uday Kumar

was securing the MP and Omez. Suddenly, the mahila
mandal activist, Sohail Bee rushed to Omez with other
activists but the constable Babu mestary pushed
Sohail Bee. The women activists got mad and they
started beating Babu mestary with sandals and slaps.
Ek dam phasliya chadha diye mestari ke.

The other police saved Babu mestary and Babu mestary

has been hospitalised into a Government Maternity
nursing home where he did not get a bed even.
The MP, MLA, Fazal, Kaleem and the commissioner of
police, Abdul Rahaman met each other and decided to
check out the health of the constable, Babu mestary.

So, they arrived to the Swati nursing home where Babu

mestary was lying on the ground with reverse gear
and needles were injected in his dukaan.

Commissioner beated mestary for pushing the woman

Sohail Bee coz the women were united at that time.
Shahed MLA warned the MP that he would kill Omez if he
again try to accuse anyone of his friends. MP consoled
him that Omez will apologize soon.

The lawyer of the Fazal and Kaleem was invited and a

super party was arranged.

Omez was called for the dance programme because she

was a good dancer in her school.

Omez refused but later agreed when Shahed MLA put

razor on her braid (choti) and said that he will cut her
choti and will make her takhla.
