9. Objectives Course Goals
▪ To more understand of Cross cutting themes manual Book
▪ To raise awareness the cross-cutting themes manual to
program and operation staff
▪ To practice for mainstreaming of cross cutting themes
points in project activities.

10. Background Yearly provided CCT training to Access to health program staff and
related operation staff for two days training.
This training is also refresher training for staff.in 2021. All of staff
are Work form Home according to armed conflict condition at
Keyah. So, this training was arranged with Virtual online training.

11. Training Contents Included sharing session on


Introduction of Cross Cutting Themes Manual
▪ Gender mainstreaming and Gender Base Violence
Overview Session (one day)

▪ Prevention of sexual exploitation, harassment, and abuse


(SEA, SHA)

▪ Disability inclusion

12. Findings Training contact online system (Virtual training) and Yangon
Team also provide this training.
First One day -Topic of PSEA&SHA shared by Tha Zin
Hlaing (PSEA focal) Kayah and Disability inclusion in Heath
share by Htin Lin Aung (Yangon team).

And another one day -Gender Mainstreaming and GBV
overview session shared by Naw Khu Hser (Yangon team),
All of staff are active participante in discussion group
session.
Update information shared to staff about GBV service
pamphlet and 24 hours service hotline phone Under
supportent of IRC WPE team (Kayah).

13. Challenges and Constraints Only conducted Virtual training and attended all of staff are work
from home according to conflict situation at Kayah.
14. Recommendations for Need to more effective to conduct regular refresher training or
Future Trainings review meeting
