Pipework Painting (External) on Fire / Foam Pipework

Preparation
Pipework and equipment to be shotblast to Sa 2½.

Initial Coat
Quick drying red oxide, colour red, 40 micron DFT.

Undercoat.
Alkyd based undercoat, Colour White.

Top Coat
Top coat of high build, gloss enamel colour to BS 4800 (to be advised).
Combined DFT (primer, undercoat and top coat 200 microns).

The above paint system to be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
