approach is based on the predictive patterns of behaviour that can be explaining and
demonstrate with the purpose, vision, and involvement. Rational-empirical approach adopt in
organization when the proposed change met two condition which is the change is rational
justified and demonstrate benefit of the change. Rational-empirical approach is a change that
comes from simply telling the target about the change. Next, normative-reeducation approach
is based on the basic view of people social behaviour that can be change to social norms. It is
difficult approach and required time for agent to study the change to redefine the existing social
norms. Normative-reeducation approach view people as rational self-interested and emphasizes
the change in the value, skill, and relationship. Normative-reeducation approach guided for
change because this method relies on trainers and therapists to success. Last approach is
environment adaptive approach that need to adapt the change to avoid disruption. This
approach helps the target to see the benefit in adopting the change. This approach is a formal
process to reduce uncertain management performance that can be improve in the organization.

The two approaches that can be use by project manager in managing conflict using
accommodation and collaboration approach. The accommodation approach is reworking the
program, interaction, material, and environment to meet the need of an individual. Using this
approach, the conflict arises when people perceive that their interest and values are challenges
not being meet can be reworking as needed by the manager. Next approach is collaboration
approach that improve the aspect of operation to meet success. This approach helps to solve
the problem with the new idea in improve or upgrade the value and interest of people to prevent
conflict arises in organization.
