Travel Document, Imigration, Custom Regulation and Cabbin when we want to flight Uni
Emirat Arab. So, please listen carefully my explanation. Enjoy this video

Fisrt, before we go to Uni Emirat Arab We have to prepare some of to travel document, but
before that i want to tell you what is travel document.
So guys travel document is andocument officialissued by the competent authority of a country,
the United Nations, or other international organizations to travel between countries containing
the identity of the holder.
What documents do you need to provide for your trip to the United Arab Emirates?
1. Passports
Passports accepted for entry must be
valid for at least 6 months
from the date of arrival.

2. Tourist Visa
Passengers with an ordinary passport and confirmation
that the visa has been approved prior to departure can
obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 4, 30 or 90 days.
Visas approved prior to departure
must be deposited by the sponsor at
the Immigration Authority.

A minimum of four international business days are required


prior to arrival in Dubai, but Emirates recommends
that online applications be made as soon as possible.

3. Additional documents
In very rare cases, when applying for a visa on arrival,
the authorized border officer may request additional
documents for obtaining a visa: hotel reservations,
tickets, papers guaranteeing the traveler's financial viability.

4. Travel Insurance

Reported by National UAE, Emirates is the first airline to offer passengers free COVID-19

insurance worth up to one hundred fifty thousand euros or IDR two point five billion. The health

insurance guarantees the health of passengers for those who are exposed to the corona virus after
completing a trip with an airline from Dubai, the United Arab Emirates . this insurance coverage

is valid for 31 days after they fly with Emirates.

Visiting Visas on Arrival This
type of visa is granted upon arrival at certain Immigration Checkpoints to foreigners from certain
countries. This type of visa is granted for a stay permit period of thirty days and can be extended
for another thirty days but is not transferable.

Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months upon arrival in Indonesia

Exception ofEntry Restrictions

(RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ) with round-trip tickets
● Members of diplomatic representatives from Indonesia (including administrative staff)
and authorized delegates provided permission to enter the UAE from the relevant
authorities.
● Indonesian citizens who travel under the Safe Travel Corridor program. They must have
an entry permit and a return ticket.
● Passengers who work in vital and critical sectors.

Entry Requirements COVID-19 Test Requirements

● Passengers traveling or transiting from Indonesia are required to have:

A negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test printout taken no later than three times twenty four hours
○ before the departure of the last direct flight to the United Arab Emirates.
○ Test results must include a QR code and be in Arabic or English.
○ Test results must be issued by an approved laboratory listed on this page or a
laboratory accredited by the country of departure.
● Passengers must also show a negative result (with a QR code) from a rapid PCR test
carried out at the departure airport within six hours before departure.
● Passengers from Indonesia will undergo a medical examination and a COVID-19 PCR
test upon arrival upon entering Dubai (DXB), Al Maktoum (DWC), Abu Dhabi
(AUH), Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ).
● Passengers who enter or transit through Al Maktoum (DWC), Sharjah (SHJ), Ras Al
Khaimah (RKT) must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken no later than
3x24 hours before departure and a COVID-19 negative PCR test result taken no later than
no later than 2x24 hours before departure to enter Abu Dhabi (AUH). The certificate
must be in Arabic or English and issued by an approved laboratory or a laboratory
accredited by the country of departure. This does not apply to passengers under 12 years
of age and passengers with disabilities.

Form/Application Requirements

● Indonesian citizen who travels in the Safe Travel Corridor program. They must have an
entry permit and a return ticket.
● Download and register on the COVID-19 - DXB Smart App (iOS or Android) if you're
headed to Dubai (DXB), or download the ALHOSN App if you're headed to Sharjah
(SHJ) and Abu Dhabi (AUH).
● If you have been vaccinated outside the UAE and want your vaccination status to be
approved, you must maintain your green status on the ALHOSN app in order to enter
public places in Abu Dhabi.
○ You must register and upload documents for approval at least five days before
travelling.
● All passengers are advised to register on the ICA portal as soon as possible. Registration
is mandatory for entry. Vaccination is not mandatory for entry but is required to be able
to move freely in the city.
● Passengers arriving in Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) must have health insurance.

Quarantine Policy
● Passengers who come to Abu Dhabi fromcountries Green List (including Indonesia) do
not need to undergo quarantine upon arrival in Abu Dhabi.
○ Passengers arriving from countries other than the Green List also do not need to
undergo quarantine, as long as they have been vaccinated at least fourteen days
before departure.
● You may have to undergo quarantine upon arrival in the United Arab Emirates.
○ This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate
showing that they have been fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria),
AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-
BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V.

Visa Policy

The visa on arrival facility in Abu Dhabi (AUH) has been reactivated. Further requirements can

Transit Policy Vaccinated

● travelers arriving in Abu Dhabi from non-green-listed countries must take a COVID-19
PCR test on arrival, quarantine for seven days and perform a second COVID-19 PCR test
on Day 6.
○ Unvaccinated travelers arriving in Abu Dhabi from non-green-listed countries,
they must take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival, quarantine for ten days and take
another COVID-19 PCR test on Day 9.
● You can transit through Abu Dhabi (AUH) for a maximum of 24 hours. If the transit time
exceeds 12 hours, the passenger must have a confirmed airside hotel booking.
● To transit at Abu Dhabi International Airport between 8 hours to 4 days, you must apply
for a Transit Visa. Further information can be found on the official Etihad website.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has a very strict and zero-tolerance anti-drug policy. All

If you are bringing illegal drugs into the UAE, you must apply for a permit through the Ministry

UAE. All other drugs (prescribed uncontrolled and over-the-counter drugs) do not require prior

robe, or blanket; one umbrella; one pair of crutches or canes; a small camera or binoculars;

flight. In addition, you can bring up to two pieces of cabin baggage with the following
conditions:
● laptop and laptop bag are included in one of these baggage allowances;
● First Class and Business Class passengers are allowed to carry two bags with a maximum
total weight of fifteen kg;
● while Economy class passengers are allowed to bring one bag with a maximum weight of
7 kg; and
● for tickets issued in Brazil, Economy class customers on flights to or from Brazil are
allowed to bring one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of ten kg.

Check-in Baggage

In addition to cabin baggage, each passenger gets a free check-in baggage allowance, the amount
and weight of which depends on the flight route and flight class.

First Class

concept of weight, the maximum total weight is fifty kg with the total dimensions of each bag a
maximum of three hundred cm and the weight of each bag does not exceed thrithy two kg.

Business Class

concept of weight, the maximum total weight is forty kg with the total dimensions of each bag a
maximum of 300 cm and the weight of each bag does not exceed 32 kg.

Economy Class

concept of weight, a maximum total weight of 30 kg with a maximum total dimension of each
bag of 300 cm and the weight of each bag not exceeding 32 kg.

Emirates Airlines imposes strict rules on the maximum weight of each bag, if one of your bags
weighs more than 32 kg then you have to divide it into 2 or more, or you will be charged an
excess baggage fee. This additional fee also applies if the weight of the items you carry exceeds
your check-in baggage allowance.
Prohibited and Restricted Items

For the safety of passengers, crew and aircraft, the following items are prohibited or restricted on
board all aircraft. Please make sure that you do not carry items included in this list in your carry-
on or checked-in baggage.

Dangerous

goods Dangerous goods are goods or substances that can pose a health or safety hazard to
passengers. Carriage of these items is governed by international civil aviation regulations, and is
generally not allowed in cabin or checked baggage, with a few exceptions.

Please note that these items may be confiscated at the departure gate by local authorities. These
items may also not be returned to you depending on the applicable conditions.
