Farewell Script.

Good day to all colleagues and seniors,

I’m Daniesh, the representative of employees of the company feel very emotional moment as
we have gathered today to give farewell to our respected boss, Mr Azman who is retiring
from his service and about 30 years his service with company. I always remember when
asked him about the key to success, he said “work hard and be honest” after that it make us
feel more motivated to continue work every day, he also responsible in his job, and such a
passion boss that we ever met.
To begin with, he has always motivated all of us. He has been a role model has always been
highly encouraging for each one of us including me. Well, it has been 5 years since I got the
opportunity to work under him. Not just he has guided me, but have always felt very
comfortable in his presence.
Besides that, being in such a high position, he has always been responsible,punctual at work
and never delayed in any task before dateline. I have never seen him struggling at the last
minute and good at time management. A great person he is and a great leader too.
The next thing about him is a man with have so much of knowledge, skills and experience
had received an opportunity from one of the private firms to join them as a consultant last
week. When asked, if he would like to join new firm, he replied that he will always devoted
to his family and charity works. He also said that he has taken a lot from society and now it's
time to give back to society.
So the conclusion is he was the responsible with his job,never forget the root, knowledgeable
person and also like an idol to us to be like his attitude when he works. Today also his last
working day and his new life would start from tomorrow onwards, but he has accomplished
his final duty to company.
