General Instructions: Conduct a short interview with a Covid-19 pandemic survivor.

From the interview, submit a reaction paper from his/her sharing based on the interview
questions listed below.

IMPORTANT: Mutual consent from the respondent should be secured and data
privacy and confidentiality rules should be strictly implemented. No record of the
interview shall be kept by the interviewer in any form.

Interview guide questions:

1. How/where/when did you contract the virus? What were IATF protocols you
followed or omitted if any? Were you vaccinated then or not?

2. Can you share about your experience when you contracted the virus? What were
your symptoms? How did you feel in the course of the illness?

3. Can you share about your realizations from when you were diagnosed up until after
your recovery?

Reaction paper:

After conducting the interview, create a reaction paper containing:

a.) summary of the interview

b.) your own thoughts and feelings of your discussion
c.) elaboration on the involvement on the community in relation to your respondent’s
experience and
d.) your own key takeaways.

Guidelines: Please use a maximum of 5oo words using Arial size 12, single-spaced and
in .PDF format.

Deadline for submission will be on NOVEMBER 24, 2021.
