After you fill this form TESCOM provides you a WEB system username and password
via e-mail. Please keep a copy of this form.

How to use your username and password

Install DEVICE CALIBRATOR PLUS software to your laptop computer. Run program
(internet connection required) ,goto Service/Get service key MENU and click on it.
Type given username and password at the opened window.
Click on OK button. If the following message is showned your service key is downloaded
for 30 days.

Within 30 days you don’t need any password during TESCOM products technical
service (DS300 series UPS)
At the end of 30 days do the same process again you key will be update fort he next 30
days.

WEB system login (coming soon)

You can use this username and password for WEB system login.

1- Goto following link at your internet browser http://www.tescom-ups.com switch

to english language (if required)
2- At the bottom of the page click on Partner login
3- Type your username and password at the Login screen
4- If your username and password is correct you are logged in to our WEB system
5- You can follow your orders ,you can fill service reports ,you can fill failure reports
