With this activity, you are expected to achieve the following learning
outcomes:

The activity consists of:
The school has a systematization performed in EXCEL but wants to automate a little
better so it requires a group of engineers to perform the systematization of the school.
To do this, you have hired your small group in order to perform:
• The interfaces to solve the information system. (Menu interfaces are not
supported and neither are user and password interfaces). Must be at least 10
interfaces.
• Be attentive to the academic year agenda at the beginning and end of the
activity.

It is very important to keep in mind that in the bibliography the indentation applied is
different from that of the paragraphs in the document.
1. Each student shall submit at least 4 significant contributions for the construction of
the activity in the period established for this purpose.
The group must decide who will be in charge of uploading a single document in the
evaluation environment for this purpose under the name Step-3-Group, in PDF format,
placing there the consolidated contributions made by the colleagues.
1. All members of the group must participate with their contributions in the
development of the activity.
2. In each group they must choose a single member who will be responsible for
delivering the requested product in the environment indicated by the teacher.
3. Before delivering the requested product you should check that it meets all the
requirements indicated in this activity guide.
4. Only members of the group who have participated with contributions during the
time spent for the activity should be included as authors of the delivered product.
Please keep in mind that all individual or collaborative written products must comply
with the spelling rules and presentation conditions defined in this activity guide.
Regarding the use of references, consider that the product of this activity must
comply with APA style.
In any case, make sure you comply with the rules and avoid academic plagiarism.
You can review your written products using the Turnitin tool found in the virtual
campus.
