Leadership Development Is A Lifetime Journey
Nowadays, it is observed that the traditional programs do not equip the executives with required
hard and soft skills required in this dynamic environment.
Presence of Skills such as communication skills, relational skills, and perceptual skills are of utmost
importance in today’s executives.
Traditional learning is therefore, now considered to be too methodical and the development of
complex thinkers are needed.
Companies invest huge amounts for these training programs, but ultimately the end result is not
very satisfactory for both the company as well as the employees.
