Domestic Business Trip

This is being handled by ICP. The ICP have impact on payroll.

This ICP can be submitted by employee, Line Manager or HR Specialist. Approval flow is applicable at the end of
this document in the SSHR Requests Workflows table.

 car parking expenses - 3 days “free amount and the amount should not be more than 220 ” , and if the travel
is more than three days, the Company shall provide the employee with transportation to and from the
airport if available.

If the employee travel back on the same day, then he/she will be paid 50% of the per-deim.
If the accommodation is provided by company , then 40% of the per-deim is paid.
If the business trip is for more than 10 days 70% is paid to the employee of the per diem, and if the company
provided accomodation then 40% of the per-deim is paid.
If the business trip is for more than 10 days and the employee is hired on the internal audit , then full pay , but if
company provided accomodation , then 40% of the per-diem is paid.

If the employee travels back from bahrain on the same day, then he/she will be paid 150 SAR as a per deim
regardless his grade.
If the employee travels back on the same day from a country other than bahrain, then he/she will be paid 50% of the
perdeim.
If the accommodation is provided by company , then 40% of the per-deim is paid.
If the business trip is for more than 10 days 70% is paid to the employee of the per diem, and if the company
provided accomodation then 40% of the per-deim is paid.
If the business trip is for more than 10 days and the employee is hired on the internal audit , then full pay , but if
