Qualifications /Education: B.Sc. in Engineering , B.Sc in Computer science or other relevant university degree,
certified Project Management Professional PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage
 
8+ years of consulting experience including 2 years of SaaS experience.  The candidate should have at least 5 full
life cycles of implementations for the above HCM modules
 
Strong ability to analyze customer business needs.
Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to design HCM business
solutions
Utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
 
Operates independently by applying Oracle methodology (OUM and TCM), company procedures, leading practices,
and creativity to develop business solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
 
Influences customer executives and leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing
of consulting deals and implementation projects.
 
Ability to manage projects of mega size
Ability to lead teams and work as part of a team, yet work independently if situation demands.
Hands-on experience in managing system integrators and vendors
Strongly contributes in different Consulting Pre-Sales Activities including but not limited to preparation and
presentation of Oracle HCM solutions, bid management, technical scoping, preparation of technical proposals,
implementation effort assessment and implementation projects/staff planning
 
Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry
or product knowledge.
 
Lead HCM solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions.
Demonstrates
expertise in multiple business processes within the HCM product family; or architects and designs technology
solutions that address cross stack issues.
 
Ability to travel for short and long assignments.
Good consulting and soft skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English Language
Proven exposure and experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Telecom and Financial services industries
Passion for consulting and supporting client high-performance teams combined with knowledge and track record for
conducting strategic sessions with clients.
