Business Analyst, Human Capital Management (HCM) Industrialization

Analyst
HCM Industrialization is a newly created initiative within the HCM Division that will focus on
optimizing the way the division leverages process, technology, and data to serve our clients.
Through the coordinated use of reporting, analytics, and technology capabilities across the division,
HCM develops data-backed solutions that empower the recruiting, developing, and rewarding of our
people. In addition, HCM is also responsible for the on-going maintenance of associated processes
and management of vendors that support delivery of these services to our clients.
HCM Industrialization has an open Analyst position on the team. The Analyst would work as part of
the team focused on process optimization and technology implementation and should have
associated competencies.

Individual should have:

the ability to understand, document and improve processes, as well as, a good understanding of
how technology can be leveraged to automate processes
strong analytical skills needed to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
strong communication and presentation skills needed to ensure managers are posted on
progress and issues that arise
strong project management skills

Responsibilities:

Gather business rules and develop and document business requirements

Translate business requirements into functional design specifications
Partner with Technology to create a technical design
Develop test cases to address both positive and negative conditions and conduct associated
testing of technology to ensure clients requirements are met; document test results, identify, and
manage resolution of any test defects
Support the day-to-day execution of work; develop project planning documents, gather updates,
create status reports, manage issue and decision logs
Support the development and execution of the communication and training plan
Continually keep manager posted about progress and issues

Requirements:
2 - 4 years experience in project management / business analyst work
Proven capabilities to diagnose a problem and recommend solutions
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong listening, presentation and written communication skills
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
2+ years experience in project management / business analyst work
Experience with HCM process and technology preferred
Bachelor degree required
