Job Description | Head - IT

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT thought Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will provide vision, leadership, and direction for all Information Technology related functions,
ensuring the seamless integration of technology to support the organization's objectives.
Experience required: 10+ years.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the organization's business goals.
Provide leadership in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies & Solutions.
Infrastructure Management:
 Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
 Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of production systems.
 ITIL driven approach & methods to manage Incident, Problem, capacity & client (Internal &
External) SLA along with vendor due diligence.
 Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in storage and data management, addressing
various media formats. Hands on experience in all formats of media related workflows will be
advantageous.
 Proven success in driving digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on data management and
transfers.
Team Leadership:
 Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
 Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for team members.
Project Management:
 Effectively communicate complex technical concepts related to media workflows, storage, and
data management to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 Manage IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
 Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide effective
solutions.
Cybersecurity and Data Management:
 Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols to safeguard assets.
 Oversee data management processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry
standards.
Service Management
 IaaS (IT Infrastructure as a Service) centric & Service Oriented Methods & Approach.
 Vendor SLA management, service reviews & improvement plans.
 SEP (Service Excellence Program) initiatives to bring in Quality in ongoing & upcoming processes.
Risk Management
 Incident Response Planner
 Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Methods & Knowledge.
 Risk Assessment & Risk Register Knowledge.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
 Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
 Knowledge of Content Security Frameworks Guidelines TPN + and work experience in Post
Production studios will be an added advantage.
