POLYMER SEALER FINISH

GENERAL INFORMATION

 Product Information: A polymer sealer finish for vinyl and marble floors.
Non-buffable wax. Needs no polishing.

 General Use: A high performance, heavy duty polymer-based sealer finish

specially formulated for resilient floors like vinyl and marble floors of
schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants and similar institutions with heavy
foot traffic. May also be used for sealed wooden floors.

DRIES TO A DEEP GLOSS – no need to buff to get mirror-like gloss.
DURABLE – resists scratches, scuffing, black heel marks and water stain
splashes.
EASY TO APPLY & MAINTAIN – self-leveling and fast drying.
ECONOMICAL – requires no sealer, saves on labor and time.

 Chemical & Physical Properties:

Basic Ingredients: Polymers, combination of waxes, alkali-soluble resins,
emulsifier leveling agents, plasticizer, defoamer, drier, preservative,
and aqueous vehicle.
Appearance: Milky white, translucent free flowing liquid.
pH: 7.5-8.5
% Solid: 20.0-23.0%
Odor: Very slight ammonia.
Drying Time: 15-20 minutes
Toxicity: Non-toxic
Coverage: Approximately 100 sq m/ gallon/ coat
Or 35 sq m/gal for 3 coats

STORAGE & HANDLING

 Store in a cool, dry and clean place. Keep container closed when not in use
and never return nor mix left-over polymer sealer finish to original
container to avoid product contamination.
 No special respiratory or hand protection is necessary. However, eye
goggles may be used as protection against splashes.
  Simply wash with water spillages. Contains nothing that can harm the
environment.

SUGGESTED FIRST AID

 Eye Contact: Immediately flood with water for at least 15 minutes. Call a
physician.
 Skin Contact: Wash affected areas with water.
 Inhalation : Move to fresh air area.
 Ingestion : Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician.
