MID-YEAR INSET NARRATIVE REPORT

DAY 4 – FEBRUARY 7,2022

The program started at 8: 00 am with 13 teachers and 1 School Principal as

participants. The training begun with the singing of National Philippine Anthem and a prayer
followed by the energizer which was led by Ms. Anna Fatima Ruedas.

The first session was facilitated by Mr. Grendell Escultor, he discussed about
Preparation of Session Guide and Slide Deck.

The afternoon session started with an ice breaker and an energizer.

Mrs. Liezel C. Martillano facilitated the Presentation and Critiquing of Session

Guides and Slide Deck. It was followed by Mrs. Jelmie U. Sanchez, she discussed about
RPMS-CO Indicators.

Before the fourth day ended, the participants were reminded by Mr. Alex Mainit
regarding the Classroom Observations for this School Year.
