CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
THIS CONTRACT dated 26/January 2022 is made between: NYAMURANGWA
Emmanuel (Customer) having its principal place of Studies at Mount Kenya
University, Rwanda and TUYISENGE Theoneste, The Consultant having its
principal office located in the City of Kigali, Rwanda.
WHEREAS:

The customer has requested the Consultant to provide consulting services

including: Coaching, Mentorship and Training of Units, additionally,
Research, Coaching, Mentorship and Training will be also provided for CATs
and Projects and Research Paper in detailed terms of course structure
attached to this Contract; the Consultant, has agreed to provide the Services on
the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

Commencement and Duration of the Services

The Consultant shall start the Services no later than 26/January 2022 for and
shall complete them by 30/April/2022 or any other period as may be subsequently
agreed by the parties in writing unless this Contract is terminated earlier in
accordance with its terms and conditions.
Financial Limit
Payments under this Contract shall be 1,000,000Frws (consultant fee).
Payment Installments shall be as follows:
 First Installment=250,000Frws: 26th/January/2022
 Second Installment=250,000Frws: 05th/May/2022
 Third Installment=250,000Frws: 05th/September/2022
 Fourth Installment=250,000Frws: 05th/February/2022
