In fact, I am a student in Mount Kenya University, Department of nursing and health

sciences, I am in the process of conducting a research project as an academic requirement.
My research project is entitled “prevention of malnutrition among children under five at
Ntaruka health center Burera district northern province
” I would like to request a permission to collect data in four villages that followed by Ntaruka
Health Center in prevention of malnutrition in those villages in order to achieve my research
