In this section, we’re going to help you discover your body type so you can

When you look at this visual, which do you immediately identify with? Take a note
before we keep going. As you can tell above, there are some stark differences in
here and we all generally fall into one of these 3 main types.
ECTOMORPH
Usually thin, long muscles with a tendency to store less body fat. Ectomorphs
have a hard time gaining fat, but also gaining muscle. Typically, even if they eat a
ton, they have trouble putting on weight and can be called “hardgainers.” They
can eat a ton of food and still not gain weight.
MESOMORPH
Mesomorphs have medium sized bones, look more athletic in general, wide
shoulders and a narrow waist. They generally have an easier time gaining muscle
and don’t put on fat easily either. They adapt quickly to new programs and tend to
see results fast.

ENDOMORPH
Lastly, Endomorphs tend to have wider waists, larger bones, and tend to store fat
much more easily instead of muscle. If putting fat on is easy for you and you’ve
struggled to lose weight and bodyfat, you’re likely an Endomorph.
