CIRCULAR
Fee payment procedure and other instructions for students registering for
Second Semester 2019-2020

1. Dues status for the Second Semester 2019-2020 is available on https://erp.bits-

pilani.ac.in:4431/psp/hcsprod/?cmd=login&languageCd=ENG by 24th December 2019.
2. All remittances are to be made through Net banking or Credit/Debit Card or UPI using ERP login
credentials or Demand Draft in favour of BITS-Pilani, payable at Pilani.

3. All demand drafts should reach to Associate Dean, Student Welfare Division, BITS-Pilani,
Pilani Campus - 333031 on or before 02nd January 2020.

4. Only those students whose remittances reach at SWD on or before 02nd January 2020 will be
cleared for normal registration (i.e. 06th January 2020).

5. Those students who do not make the payment on or before 02nd January 2020 will normally
have to go for late registration. Hence, the students are advised to take necessary steps for making
the payment well before the due date.

6. Those students (staff children) are required to fill in Pink Form for Fee-Concession are advised
to submit the same well before the date of registration(i.e. 06th January 2020).

Instruction for Payment through BITS Pilani Payment Gateway

Login to your ERP account to make a payment:

(Note: Online payments are currently not enabled via ERP MPLS/Intranet Links, please use only Internet
link shown above)
1. Verify applicable fee details

Once logged in, navigate to: Self Service -> Student Center.

Click on Fee Demand link available on the bottom right corner of the page. A PDF document will be opened in a
new window which lists all the applicable fee details. Verify the fee details listed.

2. Process to Make a Payment

After verifying the total fee in above page, use the “Make a Payment” link to start the payment process.
 Click on “NEXT”.

Verify all your details listed and provide your mobile no. on the page and make a note of your transaction
number. This will be the BITS transaction number & required for all future correspondence regarding the
payment. The transaction number will also be available later under a different menu navigation.

Go through Terms and Conditions before making the payment & check the “Yes, I agree” check box to proceed
