The Supreme Student Government Virtual Oath Taking Ceremony for
Proposal Summary School Year 2021 – 2022 acknowledge the newly appointed SSG Officers
on the principles of participatory democracy, responsible servant-
leadership, collaborations, unity, accountability, and efficiency in serving
the student body.

I. Rationale:

The Department of Education issued DepEd Order No. 29, s. of 2021 otherwise
known as School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2021 – 2022 indicating that the
school level elections will be conducted from 14 th – 17th day of October 2021. This ensures
the effective leadership for every learner to acquire lifelong learning for the 21 st century.

Anent to this, the Isulan National High School Supreme Student Government
Organization conducted the appointment procedure in selecting new SSG officers last
October 05, 2021 – October 15, 2021. The Appointment Application Packet of the students
(OUA Memo 00-0821-0140), were thoroughly evaluated by the Commission of
Appointments Selection Committee – COMELEC Chairperson, SSG Adviser/s and School
Head.

To formally appoint the selected students as Newly Supreme Student Government

Officers this Virtual Oath Taking Ceremony will officially signify the effective student
leadership skills, knowledge and attitudes to the youth of today’s generation.

II. Program Objectives:

a. To retool the duties and responsibilities of Supreme Student Government Officers.

b. To iterate effective student-leadership among SSG officers.
c. To develop among SSG Offers the self – confidence, service – oriented, gender –
sensitive, and environment conscious community

III. Participants/Recipients:

Supreme Student Government Officers School Year 2021 - 2022

IV. Methodology:

Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation of the activity shall be done by the Supreme
Student Government Advisers to assess the overall result of the program.

V. Expected Output:

All Supreme Student Government Officers for S.Y. 2021-2022 are expected to participate.
Also, all teachers and students of Isulan National High School are expected to watch the Virtual
Oath Taking Ceremony through Facebook Live at DepEd Tayo – Youth Formation Isulan National
High School.
