AFFIDAVIT OF MERIT

I, MARIA VIDA AILEEN T. DE LA VEGA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident
of 53 C. Benitez cor. P. Tuazon Sts., Kaunlaran, Quezon City, after being duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the Attorney-In-Fact of the Heirs of Charlito E. Reguindin, namely:

a. LILIA FILLE-REGUINDIN, of legal age, Filipino, widow of Charlito E.

Reguindin, and a resident of 10 Santol St. Umali Compound, Summitville
Subd., Putatan, Muntinlupa City;
b. CYNTHIA REGUINDIN-FERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino-American,
married to Richard Austria Fernandez and a resident of Umali Compound,
Umali Road, Putatan, Muntinlupa City, and 2205 Eastwood Drive, Roseville,
California 95747 USA;
c. CHERYL F. REGUINDIN, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of 4122
Oakbrooke trl Eagan Minnesota 55122 USA and 4 Umali Rd., Umali
Compound, Summitville Subd., Putatan, Muntinlupa City;
d. CECILLE REGUINDIN-PACO, of legal age, Filipino, married to Joseph Glenn
D. Paco, and a resident of 10 Santol St. Umali Compound, Summitville
Subd., Putatan, Muntinlupa City; and
e. CHARLIE F. REGUINIDIN, of legal age, Filipino, married to Janilyn Pura-
Reguindin, and a resident of 10 Santol St. Umali Compound, Summitville
Subd., Putatan, Muntinlupa City;

Jointly assigned by them through the Special Power of Attorney they have
executed, and entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. Rizal Jose M. Valmores
last July 8, 2021 as Doc. No. 244, Page No. 50, Book No. XI, Series of 2021 and
acknowledged by US Notary Publics, D Stone (California) and Joseph A
Dobbert (Minnesota), a copy of which is hereto attached as Annex “A” for ready
reference;

2. That the same parties above have executed the Extra-Judicial Settlement of the
Estate of Charlito Reguindin y Echon, spouse of Lilia Fille-Reguindin and father
of Cynthia Reguindin-Fernandez, Cheryl F. Reguindin, Cecille Reguindin-Paco
and Charlie F. Reguindin, entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. Rizal Jose M.
Valmores last July 8, 2021 as Doc. No. 245, Page No. 50, Book No. XI, Series
of 2021 and acknowledged by US Notary Publics, D Stone (California) and
Joseph A Dobbert (Minnesota);

3. That I hereby certify, for and on behalf of the named parties, the following
nationalities of their respective spouses:
 a. That Richard Austria Fernandez, spouse of Cynthia Reguindin-Fernandez,
is a Filipino-American Citizen, as certified by the Consulate General of the
Philippines in San Francisco, California USA and issued his Identification
Certificate No. SF-4069-09/2008 last March 14, 2009, copy of which is
hereby attached as Annex “B”;
b. That both Joseph Glenn D. Paco and Janilyn Pura-Reguindin, spouses of
siblings Cecille Reguindin-Paco and Charlie F. Reguindin, respectively, are
both natural born Filipino citizens.

4. That I am executing this Affidavit of Merit to attest to the truth of the above facts
in compliance with the requirements of the Registry of Deeds and for all other
legal purposes.
