about any brute becomes better, and a soldier gains a

General Advice: This power works best with
creatures that expect to be inside the area of effect
of attacks that do not distinguish between allies and

General Advice: This power can be given to
multiple creatures in the same encounter. The
bonuses and penalties they provide don't stack, but
