Subject: ‘Tomini Infinity’ IMO No. 9545716: Loading Computer

certification
Reference is made to PSC deficiency recorded 01-09-2021 on the loading instrument and registered under
code 02103 on vessel ‘Tomini Infinity’ IMO No. 9545716.

We would like to clarify that subject vessel entered DNV class in 2016 as a class transfer from NK, with
loading instrument ‘LOADPLUS’ certified by NK on 22-01-2010.

Upon request of the owners, the loading instrument was re-certified on board by DNV and new Loading
Computer Certificate was issued on behalf of the flag administration of Marshall Islands on 17-11-2016.

FYI, niether IMO nor Flag adminsitration has established any fromat for Loading Computer certifcates
hence all classification societies use their own formats.
