Team Facades, as the name suggests, is a dynamic group of
engineers & professionals who share a common goal i.e. to
execute exceptional projects and meet ideal quality as well as
safety standards. Team Facades was established in the year
2014 in Navi Mumbai, one of the fastest growing cities in India.
We have successfully executed several projects ranging from
individual bungalows to shopping malls. The Team is young
and motivated to offer a wide range of facade solutions &
services under one roof. We specialise in providing reliable and
efficient designs & execution solutions for High-Rise buildings
which are innovative & generally bespoke.

The management members have more than 20 years of

working experience in the field of facades. In spite of being a
new player in the market, we have been trusted by top
corporates to be a part of their prestigious projects only due to
our technical competence and our past experience. This is
evident from the fact that we start with a very small contract in
the project & end up with substantially big contract values due
to our performance.

We firmly believe that intricate designs can be achieved with

in-depth understanding. This approach can reduce the most
complex challenges into a sequence of simple tasks. Like the
honeycomb structure of a bee-hive which is a widely accepted
engineering marvel, we believe in working together to bring
architectural masterpieces to life. Once created, we assure our
customers that the structures will withstand the test of time
and radiate glory for decades.

Glass & composite facades fulfil several aspects of a building. It

Apart from individual excellence, we at Team Facades combine

the Owner groups, to provide the execution team with a well

Probably, we are pioneers in facade contracting business to serve

the Indian Defence & thereby setting a benchmark for innovation ,
quality , safety by executing a bespoke Stainless Steel Windows
( Jumbo Sized : 17 '- 0” x 7'- 0” ) with 35mm thick DGU.
We have also designed and installed vintage look MS windows &
doors for a luxurious bungalow.
Lastly, we are also executing ACP Cladding for India's first
engineering marvel “Sky Jogging Track” at Mumbai's most
prestigious residential development CRESCENT BAY.

We started as a
troubleshooter in this
ACP PORTAL
project with ACP Portal
( 40 M wide at the height
of 90 M ) & ended up
executing all the 5
canopies ( Glass , ACP &
Polycarbonate + Podium
Glazing )

We designed special
sections in aluminium to
replace MS in order to
keep the overall structure
weight below 10 tons.

SPIDER & GLASS CANOPY
which was not in proper
alignment, but we ordered
the glasses & imported
the spiders and not a
single glass went wrong…..

periphery of this canopy
to hide the undulations in
CANOPY
the MS structure.
This needed a lot of
convincing to L&T's chief
architect…..now the
structure looks flawless.

resistance imported from
Korea.

concrete was very tough,
the client decided to do it
in ALUMINIUM – a really
challenging job, we did it
successfully with utmost
safety using custom
designed aluminium
