NORMAL STARTING PROCEDURE

STEP 1: Check if the engine have enough engine oil and water level.

STEP 2: Turn on the battery relay.

STEP 3: Turn on the key switch. STEP 4: Press ‘start’ button.

STEP 5: Idle the engine 3 to 5 minutes before operating with a load. Load the air tank by
pressing the ‘load’ button.

Note: This compressor’s maximum output is 600 cubic feet per minute(cfm).
 ENGINE SHUTDOWN
STEP 1: Allow the engine to idle 3 to 5 minutes before shutting it off from a full load operation.
Unload the air tank by pressing the ‘load’ button.

STEP 2: Press the ‘stop’ button.

STEP 3: Turn off the key switch.

STEP 4: Turn off the battery relay.
