Food Inventory and COGS Tracking Directions

After you have entered your initial ingredient conversions and recipes, you can now keep track of how much of
each recipe has been made and sold, as well as what levels of inventory your ingredients are at.

Recipe Inventory and COGS (cost of goods sold) page

This page is set up so it will automatically list out the names of the finished recipe’s you’ve entered in the
previous page, as well as the total cost of ingredients per recipe. As recipes are made, you can enter the
quantity made and sold, and then the file will calculate the counts of items made but not sold yet, as well as the
cost of the items sold. Entering accurate counts for items made and sold, will also help in the next page, to
calculate the raw ingredients that are used up in each recipe.
