The Exhibition and Convention Centre, Frankfurt Messe can be reached from the Hotel Ibis Frankfurt Messe with
tram number 17 from stop Rebstockbad to Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage or Festhalle/Messe.

Take S9 in direction „Hanau Hauptbahnhof” from the train station „Frankfurt (Main) Flughafen Regionalbahnhof“.
Get off at Frankfurt main train station „Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof tief”. From there you can take tram number
17 till the last station “Rebstockbad”.
… with Taxi
You can find a taxi at every exit at the airport. Licensed taxis always have an illuminated roof sign on the outside and
a taximeter inside.
From the airport to the hotel it’s a taxi ride about 15 minutes (12 kilometers) and will cost about 30 – 35 EUR.
All exhibitor tickets for participants at the SIPPO Pavilion will be distributed at the trade fair preparation workshop
on Monday 28th November 2016.
Meeting point: We’ll meet in the hotel lobby at 07.45 am in order to leave for the trade fair venue.
Important note: Companies having not attended the information workshop won’t be able to exhibit at the SIPPO or
respective Country Pavilion. Please note that only registered company representatives can join the trade fair
preparation workshop.
Important note regarding your samples: Please take all your product samples and promotional
material with you. You will need it for the decoration of your booth during the first day at the
workshop. We recommend to bring some samples with you with hand luggage or luggage. For the case that the
sample delivery doesn’t arrive in time you can avoid a lack of samples for the booth decoration. The recommended
shipper had been sent to you with info package 1. From our experience in recent years with companies
using the recommended shipper will save you a lot of trouble regarding customs, delays etc.!!

Good samples of your products and your own decoration material (bowls, baskets, glass etc.)
You should take into account that you will have approximately 30 - 50 contacts per day asking for information
material. Please be reminded that many visitors will prefer an electronic version (USB – stick etc.) of your
company brochures, pricelists, promotional videos, certificates etc..
You will also receive with this information package the official Health Ingredients footer which you should use for
your email signatuare.
A professional product arrangement will boost your visitor traffic. Therefore, our designer experts Priya Palan
(Colombia, Egypt and Peru Pavilion) and Christine Rasp (SIPPO Pavilion) will assist you with the product
arrangement of your exhibits. Further we will provide some decoration material for you. Nevertheless we ask you to
bring your own decoration material with you.
3. SIPPO GET-TOGETHER
We have organized a little after-show event on Wednesday, 30th November from 18.00 – 19.00 o’clock 2016.
We are looking forward to invite you and your clients to this event. The SIPPO Get-together will take place at the
SIPPO Pavilion and is organized with our collegues from the Swiss pavilion in hall 1. So there might be as well the
opportunity to talk to buyers in a non-formal atmosphere. Feel free to invite your VIP customers with our entry
tickets, so you will have the opportunity to get in touch with them and use this as a networking event. The entry
tickets will be handed out to you on the first trade fair day during the morning briefing.

The SIPPO team will meet you on Monday, 28th November, at 07.45 am in the hotel lobby in order to leave for the
trade fair.
Please take your product samples and decoration material with you. For your convenience a rented SIPPO
shuttle bus will take us all in the morning to the trade fair venue.
