and fractal sketching
Part 1: Prove the following theorem through sketching:
Direction: Sketch the theorem in the sketchpad, screenshot your sketch and provide step by step
process on how you construct and prove that the theorem is TRUE.

Corresponding Angles Theorem. If l and l’ are lines cut by a transversal t in such a way that
two corresponding angles are congruent, then l is parallel to l’.

Part 2: Design a Fractal using a Sketchpad, screenshot your work and provide your step-by-step
process until you come up with the design. For repeated step, just indicate the number of steps
repeated. Please be guided with the rubric given above.

PROCESS:
Step 1: Draw segment AB.
Step 2: Double click point A, highlight it and click segment AB. Click Rotate under the
Transform menu and encode 45.0 then enter.
Step 3: Double click point B, highlight it and click segment AB. Click Rotate under the
Transform menu and encode -45.0 then enter.
Step 4: Determine and click the point of intersection.
Step 5: Highlight all segment, click Hide segment under Display menu.
Step 6: Draw segment AC and BC.
Step 7: Click point A and B respectively, then click iterate under Transform menu.
Step 8: Next create the first mapping by clicking on point A and then point C.
Step 8: Click Structure and choose add new map. Create the second map by clicking point C and
then B.
Step 9: Press shift+ 10 times
