Q. Create your own personal SWOT analysis as part of your career plan. Evaluate your
own STRENGTH, WEAKNESSES, OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS and its impact
on your desired career in future?

A study done by an organization to check its internal affairs is called SWOT analysis. SWOT
stands for strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. My career plan is to build a real estate
company in my own name. It’s the best way to help the people who are looking for their dream
houses. SWOT is very important for real estate as it helps you to make an informed investment
in property. SWOT analysis of my business is as follows:

Strengths:

 It builds a network of connections that may prove beneficial.

 Honesty and integrity.
 Interest in houses and architecture.
 Understand the local housing market.
Weakness:

 Lack of clarity about the responsibilities of the sites.

 Shyness towards clients.
 Can’t say no to other people.
 One of my weaknesses is that I cannot take criticism.

Opportunities:

 Upwards trend for the investment in property.

 Increased member engagement.
 Ability to turn weaknesses into opportunities.

Threats:

 Worker and Third-Party injuries.

 Equipment Damage and Theft.
 Seasonal slowdown of the business.
 Faulty work and missed Deadlines of the workers.
