Sub: Request to permit to replace non-functioning UPS batteries in the R & D – Reg
The present UPS and batteries were purchased from the SSH Engineering Solutions,
Korlagunta, Tirupati, on 23.05.2016 with two years of warranty. The UPS batteries (out of
warranty) are non-functioning and the same is confirmed by the Service Engineer who
further suggested to replace the batteries. In this regard, I request you to permit to purchase
new UPS batteries.
