One buttocks refers to how, in his perspective, you should let the music to physically move you

when you play. It's a euphemism for his ideology, which is most likely something along the lines

of "form follows function. when, the speaker in the vide says that” I’m going to play it all the

way through... And what you're going to see is one-buttock playing”(The Transformative Power

of Classical Music | Benjamin Zander, 2008). It means to keep an eye out for when he bends

over (onto one buttock) and is directly above the final chord that is present at very low on the

keyboard. When one is motivated by music, it is a composition, not merely a collection of

sounds to be mechanically performed with metronomic emphases, according to the speaker.

When such an inspiration takes hold, the player's body moves, and he can no longer sit

motionless save for his hands, i.e., while both buttocks glued to the seat. When, instead of

dominating the piano bench with the both buttocks, the classical music takes over now and

you're taken over by music, so you're just using one buttock to perform. Two-buttock players are

those who are looking for their passion. Because of the knowledge they get about passion, they

struggle to strike the correct impulses at the outset of their trip. While the A two buttock player is

devoted to their craft. They're serious about it. They are robust, immovable, and stiff. This is the

kind of student that every instructor wishes for. They are dedicated and diligent learner. They'll

go away and put in a lot of practice time. They are going to finish their schoolwork. They'll put

out an effort in their task. To assist children progress, they provide a framework and a routine.

They play & perform in the same way they practice. They are well-organized and Serious. This

is well applied to leadership as the protagonist of the content ssydthat an exceptional leader must

keep his team along with him such that he has to lead them with a vigorous perception that their

team is well equipped, informed, supportive and equally capable of performing the said task.

Like everyone else, you must begin with two buttocks. However, there will come a time when
playing on two buttocks is no longer an option. To advance, you must shift to one buttock. You

must, however, be patient in order to reach that stage. You must practise your skill. Then you

must be prepared for the opportunity. Anything might be the case. Begin your career as a writer,

musician, or athlete. It might be anything as simple as creating , your own internet business, or

even a team work. This translate to the concept of teamwork as in a team if the team embers

perform with the sense of unity, conjoined efforts and with a sense that whole of the team is

equally important. From the above motions it can be concluded that the essence of team work is

to be flexible yet rigid as well as performed in an equal partnership way such that the work

assigned is delegated passionate and in a whole some way which make sure that both the team

and individuals in it are optimum and satisfied. At last I would like to conclude that Routine and

discipline are provided by doing things on two buttocks. but p laying on one buttock gives you

more freedom and options. To achieve 'flow,' to enter the 'zone,' you must have the freedom to

let it go. To be completely engrossed in what you're doing. That's where you'll find your best

results. According to speaker you can't only play on one buttock while you're learning something

new. Routine and discipline are provided by playing the piano on two buttocks. That discipline

and regularity are excellent for learning new skills and becoming proficient. However, there will

come a time when two buttocks will be too much to bear. You must exercise patience. You must

let go and begin playing on one buttock when the timing is perfect and the chance occurs.

However, you must wait for right time. So in team work the workers have to play on both side

while learning they have to be on two buttocks and while working they can be on one buttocks

because in learning process patience is utmost important and while working to maintain mental

peace one should be passionate and free.
