involving adults and teens in Selangor in the month before the survey took place. This survey

INTRODUCTION
Stress or pressure reaction is physical, emotional and mental suffered by any person when the

demands are not met. A group research from National of Malaysia in February 2018 reported

that Malaysian teenagers and adults stress habits.

CONTENT

Generally the level of stress faced by a person varies according to the stress load faced. Based

on the reported bar chart, one of the four experiences stress faced by the teenagers and adults

are feeling angry, Which the percent is 50 for adults and 40 for teenagers. This shows the

pressures faced by teenagers and adults can lead to high blood pressure. The sad feeling

which percent is 35% for adults and 30% for teenagers is indeed desirable to be felt by

teenagers as compared to adults because of they were still young. While feelings of

nervousness represent equally which percent of 35 that of teenagers and adults. Mild or

moderate stress is good and can be a motivating factor or motivate individuals to improve

productivity. the second highest percentage is feeling tired, this is because responsibilities at

home and office have to be completed.

SUMMARY

However, excessive stress, for a long time and unmanageable will cause negative effects, and

harm health as well as increase the risk of disease. Stress must be dealt with on an ongoing

basis to keep us physically, emotionally and mentally healthy.

INTRODUCTION
Economic stability is based on the ability to maintain low unemployment and provide a safe

workplace. Workers benefit from a pleasant workplace and economic stability is based on the

ability to maintain low unemployment and provide a safe workplace.

CONTENT

Based on the employment rate in 2013, the employment rate was at 64% where In August

2013, the labor market once again showed a positive development with the increase in

population in Malaysia. However, in 2014, the employment rate decreased sharply by 4%,

indicating that the employment rate in 2014 had a shortage of workers. However, the

Government has made several career programs to attract interest and provide exposure to

Malaysians to find employment. The employment rate jumped in 2015 and 2016 to 68%. This

means that the government must play an important role in providing employment

opportunities to Malaysians.

SUMMARY

This is because with sufficient manpower, Malaysia can generate and stabilize the economic

situation as well as provide a better life for the future of Malaysia. The economic activity of a

population depends on the demographic characteristics of that population. The proportion of

economically active persons, therefore, differs between subgroups of that population. These

variations are measured by specific activity rates termed labor force participation rate. Labor

force participation rate is defined as the ratio of the labor force to the working age population

(15 to 64 years).
